Enjoy 7 days and 6 nights of yoga and cultural immersion in the Andes Mountains of Peru.
On the Reconnect Yoga and Wellness Retreat, you can expect daily asana, pranayama, meditation, and journaling, but this yoga retreat is also a cultural and creative immersion. In addition to daily asana, pranayama, meditation, and journaling we will also immerse ourselves in Peruvian culture with:
a shaman ceremony
a day trip to Machu Picchu led by a native spiritual guide
an optional Peruvian cooking class
hikes in the surrounding Sacred Valley
And we will tap into our creative side with:
a Peruvian pottery class
an optional painting class
a yoga coloring book
